To achieve these objectives, a four-pronged strategy
has been implemented.
1. Developing our business in Europe
In order to pursue and develop our growth in Europe
and other countries, our strategy is based on:
- developing existing subsidiaries' business,
- new acquisitions where opportunities arise
- concluding new partnership agreements,
- working with BNP Paribas's European network, especially
as a new-business provider.
2. Optimizing our business in France
We plan to strengthen and broaden existing partnerships,
and form new ones. In order to do this, our network
of commercial offices gives us a distinct edge over
the competition.
3. Reinforcing synergies with BNP
Paribas
Today, BNP Paribas is our number-one new-business introducer.
We are seeking to bolster our ties further in order
to:
- better publicize our expertise, solutions and services
in all Group companies,
- benefit from the Group's solid financial foundations.
4. Developing human resources
Our aim is to unite our employees
around a solid, promising, corporate project, based
on our hallmark values of excellence and service. In
support of this objective, a new IT system is being
set up to provide a full in-house communication tool
for client use.
Lastly, recruiting young graduates and ensuring career
mobility, between BPLG and BNP Paribas Group, remains
one of our top priorities.
